Tule Cafe (Hotel Restaurant)
Tule cafe is our on-site restaurant that offers an international cuisine, fantastic panoramic ocean views, as well as room service. Here you can charge your bill to your room for your convenience. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 6:30am until 10:00pm (hours may vary).
Buena Vista Villas features Premium Villas (2 and 3 bedroom villas) and Select Villas (one bedroom villas and junior suites)
Premium Villas: This is a private home with all of the amenities of a luxury beach resort. There are a total of five 3-Bedroom villas and eight 2- Bedroom villas.
Each octagon shaped Premium Villa features:
-Totally equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave, ceiling fan.
-Living room with ceiling fan, TV and DVD player
-450 square foot veranda with stone covered hot tub, 3 ceiling fans, 4 rocking chairs and teak dining table
-In each bedroom: TV and DVD player, 500 ct cotton sheets, safe, top of the line mattresses, bathroom with stone counter tops, stone outdoor shower with extra large rain/showerhead, stone above the counter sinks with hi tech European stainless faucets
-Powder room with, stone above the counter sink, beautiful custom vanity and Hi tech European stainless faucet
Select Villas
There are two types of Select Villas: one bedroom villas (6 total) & Junior Suites (6 total). The views from the Select villas are nothing short of spectacular!
1 Bedroom Select Villa: Each 1 Bedroom Select Villas features:
-Bedroom with Air Conditioned, 1 king bed or 2 queen beds, remote control AC & fans, cable TV and VCR, jungle and limited ocean views, spacious closets, phone, safe
-Bathroom with travertine marble counter top, rain shower, luxurious towels and hair dryer
-Living area with A/C, vaulted bamboo ceilings, remote control A/C units and 2 fans, high tech halogen lighting
-Terrace with dining area, hammock, ceiling fan, electric grill and ocean and jungle views
-Fully equipped kitchen with under the counter fridge, large separate ice maker and two burner cook top
Junior Suite: Each Junior Suite has: -Bedroom with Air Conditioned, 1 king bed or 2 queen beds, remote control AC & fans, Egyptian cotton sheets, cable TV and VCR, balcony, jungle views, safe, phone.
-Bathroom with travertine marble counter top, rain shower, luxurious towels and hair dryer
-Terrace with dining area, hammock, ceiling fan, ocean and jungle views
-Kitchenette with under the counter fridge, sink, microwave and coffee maker

From San Jose take the Panamerican Highway #1 North towards San Ramon/Puntarenas. You will pass the International airport. Stay on the Panamerican road for about 10-15 minutes more, until you see an exit for a town called Atenas. There is a sign that reads Atenas/Orotina/Jaco. Take this exit and turn left immediately driving towards to Atenas/Orotina/Jaco. Once in Orotina follow the signs to Jaco and Quepos/ Manuel Antonio National Park. The Villas are located within the Tulemar Gardens Property approximately 10 minutes south of Quepos downtown.
