The hotel has several restaurant and bars: Leon Marino and Carabelas Restaurant, which is nestled in the rainforest and offers international & Costa Rican cuisine, El Grill with international cuisine, grilled meats and seafood. The snacks are located one close to the main pool area and the other one in Playa Blanca. They offer a variety of fast food and drinks.
Selvamar rooms: two queen size beds, private bathroom, hot water, air-conditioning, cable TV, telephone and mini-fridge.
Leonamar suites: one or two bedrooms with ocean view, king size beds or 2 twins, private bathroom, hair dryer, air-conditioning, dining room, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer.

Within just 90 minutes from San José, Hotel Punta Leona is a 750 acres beach resort and wild life reserve inhabited by hundreds of indigenous flora and fauna species. Central Pacific Coast, Puntarenas
The trip takes between 1 1/2 to 2 hours driving from San José. When leaving San José you may take the main highway (Carretera Interamericana) going North towards Puntarenas. The highway will pass the Juan Santa María airport. Stay on the Interamericana for about 10-15 minutes more, until you see an exit for a town (pueblo) called Atenas. Take this exit and you will see a sign for Hotel Punta Leona. Continue to follow the signs for Hotel Punta Leona, Jaco and Quepos, as you go through the towns of Atenas, San Mateo, Orotina, and Tarcoles. The hotel is located on the right hand side of the road, about 15 minutes after you pass over the Tarcoles River. You will see a big sign and entrance gate on your right hand side.
